** Job description:
1. Responsible for delivering high quality service related to recruitment internally and externally.
2. Work closely with internal departments, find out their specified culture, needs and build up long term partnership with them.
3. Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and short listing applicants; as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.
4. Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company standards
5. Ensure the recruitment speed and results of the assigned vacancies are efficient to turn around time and candidate’s qualifications
6. Review internal recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment program.
1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration and HR Management / Economy or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the position of recruitment specialist in a service company (about finance, banking, securities, education, logistics, tourism…), specialized in Sales/Business Development.
Experience in recruiting candidates in foreign market is a big plus.
3. Good sense of Human Resources Management and Talent Acquisition.
4. Strong communication / interpersonal and negotiate skills.
Excellent English communication ability.
