  • Sales Manager


    -              Lead a team and develop a business plan to achieve the given target.

    -              Select and attract talents according to business plan.

    -              Educate & train staff continuously to make sure they do their jobs in the right way effectively.

    -              Monitor staff’s activities to achieve the assigned target and measure team performance.

    -              Recognize & reward sale members to maximize sales performance.

    -              Accept other given duties and involve in projects assigned by management.



    -              Desire for progress in the career and wish to set up a Global Network, ambitious, enthusiastic and love to work, easy-going, love the cross-culture environment, tourism, studious, adventurous and not fear prior to difficulties; flexible working hours;

    -              Have experience in one of above vertical, client, and working in our client industry or sell for above client or vertical; having sales experience in Business Development, International/national resident in Vietnam;

    -              Skills of sales, leadership, management, motivating, establishing relation, renovation, creative and networking;

    -              At least 02 year-working experience in the same position; Prefer having B2B sales experience candidate;

    -              Advanced English language proficiency;

    -              Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
