  • Sales Team Leader


    • You will work independently and to be assigned one market/vertical and client type. Help improve the structure and word process of the sales team to operate at full potential.
    • Depend on your Sales experience and your passion we will assign you one of following market
    • Cooperate & synergize with other managers (BOM) to meet corporate objectives and ensure active sales pipeline (i.e. Individual & team)
    • Lead and motivate a sales team of multiple staff to achieve the daily activity and monthly target and KPIs set by upper management.
    • Select and attract talents according to business plan.
    • Inspire sales team to achieve vision and direction of upper management, as well as help upper management improve upon organization structure.
    • Monitor staff’s activities to achieve the assigned target and measure team performance.
    • Recognize & amplify sales members to maximize sales performance.



    • Desire for progress in the career and wish to set up a Global Network, ambitious, enthusiastic and love to work, easy-going, love the cross-culture environment, tourism, studious, adventurous and not fear prior to difficulties; flexible working hours;
    • Ability to work night time shifts from 10:00pm – 6:00am;
    • Have experience in one of the following verticals; Software development, health care, legal, pharmaceuticals, public sector, manufacturing, consumer products, supply chain, construction and engineering, telecommunication, and financial;
    • Skills of sales, leadership, motivating, establishing relation, renovation, creative and networking;
    • At least 02 year-working experience in the same position; Prefer having B2B sales experience candidate;
    • Advanced English language proficiency;
    • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
